Having a set of values to depend on is deeply southern.  Our core values support, strengthen, and comfort us through good and bad times.

Believing - We believe in God and recognize that without Him, we are all lost in the woods.  Our strength as a culture comes from faith in God, prayer, and loving one another as He loves us.

Family - We are family oriented.  Our families do not simply consist of relatives, they are extensions of ourselves.  Doing for our loved ones before ourselves, fortifies our families for generations.  If you have someone's "back," someone has got yours because being part of a southern family is to live in loyalty, kindness, and selflessness.

The Outdoors - Southerners get to go outside to work and play all year long.  We hunt, fish and farm to feed our families and our souls.  Our days are managed according to sunrise, sunsets, hurricanes and heat.  Nature humbles and excites us.

Optimism - We are positive people, who trust our highest goals and greatest dreams can be attained.  Resilient and tenacious, we endure the tough times and take initiative to create nothing but the best for ourselves and our neighbors.

Celebrating - We have fun and remind ourselves of the lighter side of life.  Whether getting together for a festival, barbeque, or just a visit, we honor people and events with a joyous attitude to build personal relationships, community, and lasting memories.  Gathering in celebration is our way of life.
